Taylor Swift reveals release date and cover art for new LP 'Reputation'

After a cryptic, drip-drop, almost weeklong lead-up complete with easter-eggs - like putting "ivegotablankspace" in a website's source code - created to stoke theorizing by superfans, Swift confirmed via social media that the album Reputation will arrive November 10, and fans should expect its first single Thursday night.

The announcement came a couple of hours after Swift posted what appears to be the final snake video on Instagram and Twitter.

Last week, whispers about new music from Swift reached a fever pitch when the triumphant singer wiped her social media accounts clean.

Every Taylor Swift album comes with a new era, a new ~lewk~ if you will. Speak Now brings to mind Princess gowns, Red conjures up Swift in Americana stripes, while1989 reminds us of Swift and 15 friends parading down the catwalk of her stage. Part of the reveal for the album included the news that the first new single is coming tomorrow night.

Fix works silence Big Ben until 2021
A brick enclosure in the tower will also be replaced with glass to allow Big Ben to be viewed by people walking up the staircase. Even more scathing was Tory MP Conor Burns, who suggested that most of MPs anxious about Big Ben were has-beens.

Us Weekly reported yesterday that Swift is "overhauling her image" ahead of the album's release.

The song will be the beginning of a new phase she's setting for her music.

Most recently, Swift won a public court battle vs. Denver radio DJ David Mueller, whom she accused of assaulting her during a meet and greet in 2013. Swift herself isn't scheduled to perform during the event, but the VMAs have surprised us before.

"Reputation" is set to be the pop star's sixth studio album.

Panthers set to play Tennessee Titans in second preseason game
The Titans opted to sit running back DeMarco Murray , which allowed Henry a chance to start again, and make plays. He's likely done after racking up 33 yards on three carries and another 39 receiving yards on two receptions.

Taylor Swift has been flying under the radar for a long time.

The graphomaniacal cover art, revealed today, reads as a not-so-subtle allusion to the controversies and mini-backlashes Swift has had since the release of 1989.

With 2012's "Red" and 2014's "1989", she made a dramatic shift away from country music.

She might perform the single at the VMAs this weekend.
